Yu Gi Oh cards?

I need to buy sets of Yu Gi Oh cards for my kids, is there a single ultimate set I can buy? I ask as there are many different sets and I just want to but a bunch of cards in a single box. If a single box with all the cards is not available can someone help by pointing me in the direction of a box set for each 'style' of card.

Cheers.

Yu Gi Oh cards?
The last three booster packs and box set are what everyone is playing with now. The are, in order, Strike of Neos,Force of the Breaker, and Tactical Evolution. The next to come out is Gladiator's Assualt. The booster packs contain between 5-9 random cards. The box sets contain most everything one needs to make certain individual type of decks, and cost around $80 each. You can see more about the gameplay and the cards at the Shoen Jump website.

There are of course, older cards that are still playable in today's game play and are available at many websites online, and in local collectable stores. You can check the local collectable stores and the website listed below for more answers. You can also find different deck list types to build at POJO.com, under the Advanced gameplay tab, or also the Traditional gameplay tab, in their Yu-Gi-Oh! message board.
Reply:My kids have been into these things and are now for the 2nd time around. You are much better buying a box set as a starter editionor booster edition than the small sets of cards that are available in packs.

They will end up trading until their hearts are content anyway so they may well find it more fun to barter with their friends for the better cards than to get them all in one go.
Reply:I suggest you buy a box of each Dark Beginnings and Dark Revalations pack. These are reprints of older cards and an easy way to collect the cards if you weren't into Yu-Gi-Oh from the beginning. Dark Begennings 4 is somewhat hard to find in stores but you should be able to find some online.
Reply:Yeh Toys r us have stands near the tills with all the cards on them.
