I know Yugioh etc prices in australian dollars but i want a site if possible that charges small shipping and or is an australian site.

Yes. Go to
www.shuffleandcut.com
from there click on the Yu-Gi-Oh sign down the left hand side to move into the yugioh card section. The prices are in American dollars but by clicking on the flags in the top left hand corner you can change the currency to Australian.
