I have recently bought a Rise of the Dragon Lords Structure Deck. I haven't played Yu-Gi-Oh! for about 3 years, and I just got back into it. What are some good ways to get enough cards to be competitive? I know about the structure decks, but no store near me sells them and I don't really want to spend money on a lot of cards I probably won't use. I am not an adult, so I do not have that much money to spend. I'm simply looking to make this game a hobby.

one way may be to take on a paper route and earn some extra cash that way, or extra chores around home
